Since 1983 Apsan Law Group, P.C. has been providing immigration legal services for the business community. Our team has extensive experience working with immigration, visas and consulates to properly process international working visas. We have developed relationships with established recruiting associates in over many countries and we are licensed to practice U.S. Immigration Laws in all 50 states. .

Moses Apsan, Esq. has specialized in U.S.
immigration laws for the last 24 years. He is Past
President of the Federal Bar Association, NJ Chapter
(1997-2002), and a member of The American
Immigration Lawyers Association. He graduated
New York Law School with a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude degree
and was an editor and writer for the Law Review.He writes
for many newspapers and hosts a weekly Immigration Television
Show, Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on SPT Television / Dish Network.
He won the Caribbean Bar Associations award for Humanitarian
Service and the Brazilians Online award for service to the
community. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York
and the New Jersey, United States District Court of New
Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District
of New York, United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York, United States Court of Appeals for
the Third Circuit and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
