What is an H2b Visa?
The H2B visa is the best option for bringing in foreign landscape workers. As with other types of visas, the H2B permits dependent family members to accompany the worker. Also, it is possible, in some cases, for H2B employers to file blanket petitions, that is, one petition for manyl individual H2B employees. In this way an entire crew can be brought in each year, making each season a succesful one.

Requirements
The H2b visa is only available for work that is temporary in nature, not just for a temporary period. There are four situations where work is considered temporary in nature for H2B purposes:
Recurring seasonal need;
Intermittent need;
Peak-load need; and
One time occurrence.
